Please do not write in other items or stock numbers, as we will be unable to fill the order.
Decals, Parts, and Scenery are almost always in stock and available.

Because we're a factory, we do not have permanant sales staff for taking orders.  If there's no answer, please leave a message when prompted or try again at a later time.  Also, please do not use this phone number for missing part requests.  For missing parts, we answer emails promptly (accurail@accurail.com) or send a postcard/letter with the necessary information to our PO Box listed above.  Thank you!

Some items on our website are low on quantity and can go out of stock at any time. If an item does run out, we will refund the cost of that item (plus applicable shipping charges) and send the rest of the order. If you would prefer otherwise, please make a note in the Special Instructions box during the ordering process.

Shipping: For US orders, we ship via First Class US Mail for decals and small parts orders (up to the point where the package's size and weight requires that it be shipped via UPS). Rolling stock and other non-small items ship via insured UPS Ground. International orders ship via USPS First Class International, until package weight requires Priority International (approx. 4-5 pounds). We will reduce the shipping charge if the actual shipping cost is less than automatically calculated by the shopping cart (for example, if shipping was calculated at $6.00 for UPS but we can safely ship a package via USPS for $2.50, we will ship via USPS and reduce the shipping charge down to $2.50). For any other special shipping requests, please feel free to email accurail@accurail.com first and/or enter a note in the Special Instructions box which comes up during the ordering process.
